We focus on reawakening the outer edge of your foot, the area most people lose connection with. You’ll rebuild structural integrity and strength here, helping your arches naturally support your body and absorb load the way they’re meant to.

Pressure & Load Training

You’ll learn how to find and control your “Green Dot”, the point of pressure under your foot that keeps you stable and grounded. This restores true balance and makes your whole movement chain more efficient from the ground up

Foot-Hip Integration

Phase 1 (Weeks 1–2): Decompress & Desensitise

  • Two main sessions alternating 4-6 days/week

  • Focus: foundational strength, fascial release, and reawakening the feet

  • Intent: restore foot awareness, decompress lower limb, begin reloading the fascia

Phase 2 (Weeks 3–6): Strength & Integration

  • Three sessions (Day 1, Day 2, Day 3) - one of each per week

  • Focus: load tolerance, stability, single-leg balance, and ankle control

  • Integrates fascial tensioning through the arches and Achilles chain

Phase 2 (Weeks 3–6): Strength & Integration

  • Combines two plyometric sessions with Days 2 and 3 from Phase 2

  • Focus: elastic strength, recoil mechanics, and integration with full-body movement

  • Restores dynamic power while maintaining fascial integrity and mobility
