Yes. This program is a progressive program and assumes you have little to no prior mobility training experience. This program is also designed to for all age groups.

Each phase can be followed for as long as you need before moving forward and each of the exercises can be altered to meet you at your current level and build you up.

Can I do the program if I currently have an injury?

Almost all of the exercises in the program can be altered to suit your current level of ability and you can definitely make progress while rehabbing a specific injury.

However, you should always consult with and clearance form a physiotherapist or medical professional before starting a new program, particularly if you are dealing with a specific injury.

Do I need equipment?

To get the maximum results possible from the program it will help to have access to certain equipment (such as dumbbells, kettlebell, barbell etc).
